Please read these terms carefully before using Snaplii's cashback rewards, gift card marketplace, and digital wallet services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Snaplii. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snaplii Inc. ("Snaplii," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Snaplii platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Important: These Terms include an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect your rights. Please review Section 11 carefully.

Eligibility

To use Snaplii's Services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
  • Be a resident of Canada or the United States where our Services are available
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Snaplii reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

When you create a Snaplii account, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or referral programs

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other authentication credentials. Snaplii cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Cashback Rewards Program

Snaplii offers cashback rewards on qualifying purchases made through our platform. The following terms apply:

Earning Cashback

  • Cashback rates are displayed on merchant pages and are subject to change without notice
  • You must complete purchases through Snaplii's tracked links to qualify for cashback
  • Cashback is typically credited to your account within 7-30 days of purchase confirmation
  • Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will result in cashback reversal

Redemption

  • Minimum redemption thresholds may apply as specified in your account settings
  • Cashback can be redeemed to your linked bank account, PayPal, or as gift cards
  • Processing times for redemption requests vary by method (typically 3-5 business days)
  • Unclaimed cashback may expire after 12 months of account inactivity

Note: Cashback rates are determined by our merchant partners and may vary. Snaplii reserves the right to modify or discontinue any cashback offer at any time.

Gift Cards

Snaplii provides a marketplace for purchasing discounted gift cards from various merchants. By purchasing gift cards through our platform, you agree to:

  • Review all gift card terms, including expiration dates and usage restrictions, before purchase
  • Understand that gift card availability and discounts are subject to change
  • Accept that gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Use gift cards in accordance with the issuing merchant's policies

Delivery

Electronic gift cards are typically delivered within minutes of purchase to your registered email address. Physical gift cards, where available, will be shipped according to the delivery timeframe specified at checkout.

Wallet & Balance

Snaplii provides a digital wallet feature that allows you to store funds for future purchases. The following terms govern wallet usage:

  • Wallet balances do not accrue interest
  • Funds in your wallet are not insured by the FDIC or CDIC
  • You may add funds via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer (processing fees may apply)
  • Wallet funds can be used for gift card purchases and other Snaplii services
  • You may request withdrawal of wallet funds subject to verification and processing requirements

Snaplii reserves the right to place holds on wallet funds if suspicious activity is detected or if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our Services
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or payment reversals
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or promotions
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or Snaplii staff
  • Using our Services for illegal purposes or money laundering
  • Reselling gift cards purchased through Snaplii without authorization

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and potential legal action.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked
  • Any pending cashback will be forfeited unless redeemed prior to closure
  • Wallet balances must be withdrawn or will be donated to charity after 90 days
  • Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Snaplii reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snaplii and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions, errors, or omissions
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Third-party products, services, or merchant actions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Snaplii in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 CAD.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:

  • We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
  • We will notify you via email or through the app at least 30 days before material changes take effect
  • Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services and close your account.
